KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM PENYUSUNAN BAHAN AJAR MELALUI TEKNIK PENDAMPINGAN KELOMPOK PADA KKG
The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers in preparing ICT-assisted teaching materials. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, by doing group supervision technique with research subject of first grade teacher into VI who joined in KKG (Teacher Working Group) regional assisted I UPT Dindikbud Doro. Data validation technique using triangulation technique, all incoming data are separated and analyzed using comparative descriptive. The result of cycle I of group success reached 68,51%, result of observation of activity of teacher in doing group work reach 79,41% active, while individual success reach 68,29%. The first cycle action is analyzed for improvement in cycle II, to be more effective in fostering teachers to develop ICT-assisted teaching materials. The results of cycle II experienced a 25.93% increase in group, teacher activity by 13.00%, and individual returns of 21.95%. The results of cycle II on the success of the group reached 94.44%, the results of teacher activity observation reached 92.41% (good category) and individual success reached 90.24%. The conclusion that using group assistance can improve teachers' ability to develop ICT-assisted teaching materials on KKG in regional assisted I UPT Dindikbud Doro.
